The Relais Chantovent will welcome you in the center of the pictoresque village
of Minerve, situated on the outskirts of the Regional Nature Park of Haut Languedoc.
This inn (family run) proposes regional cooking true to the traditions of the Minervois region, which our chef, Patrick Evenou, prepares in harmony with the seasons.
We cater to the curious gourmet in quest of authentic cuisine and typical wines served in an original environment.
We offer four fixed-price menus between 20 and 44 euros as well as a variety
of dishes à la carte, accompanied by a selection of wines from the Minervois
vineyards (13-34euros).
Across the street from the restaurant, the Relais can accomodate guests in simple but cosy rooms at an unpretentious price. Breakfast is served facing the magnificent Brian valley.
To find us: we are located between Beziers and Carcassonne, on the plateau south of the Montagne Noire (consult the Via Michelin website for routage).
The village provides public parking facilities just outside the mediaeval walls-a few minutes' walk brings you to our doorstep.
